According to the information in the Department of Social Services Recruitment 2026 | DSS Job Circular 2026 , 1485 posts will be recruited in 52 categories from 13th grade to 20th grade as per the 2015 National Pay Scale . The age limit of the candidate is minimum 18 to maximum 32 years as on 1 June 2026. However, the age limit is relaxable in the case of departmental candidates.

Department of Social Services Recruitment 2026 | Details of DSS Job Circular 2026 :

Application Procedure and Terms:

1. The age of the applicant for Dss job recruitment should be between 18-32 years as on 01-06-2026 AD. Affidavit is not acceptable for proving age. However, the age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to the departments of serial number 1, 3, 8, 9, 14, 15, 17, 18, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30,31,35.
2. All the latest rules and regulations/quotas issued by the government will be followed properly in the recruitment process;
3. The applicant must present the original copies of the following documents at the time of taking the oral examination and submit copies attested by a 1st class gazetted officer:
4. a) Attested copies of all original/temporary certificates related to educational qualifications, experience (where applicable);
5. b) Certified copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate;
6. c) Citizenship certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councilor as proof of permanent address.
7. d) Character certificate issued by a 1st class gazetted officer.
8. e) In case of Dss job candidates who are children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/heroines, the certificate of the father/mother as freedom fighter/heroine (heroine) issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs as per the latest government policy. In case of candidates belonging to ethnic minorities, physically disabled and third gender, the certificate of the competent authority as per the latest government policy and
9. f) If the applicant is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter/heroine, a certificate issued by a 1st class gazetted officer or the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad/Mayor of the Municipality/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation, stating the relationship between the freedom fighter and the applicant.
10. It is advised to fill the application form and submit the application fee online with sufficient time without waiting for the last date and time.
11. Everyone is specifically requested to refrain from any contact or financial transaction with fraudulent groups regarding recruitment matters;
12. Incomplete/defective applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
13. No TA/DA will be provided to the applicant for participating in the written, practical (where applicable) and oral examinations.
14. If you do not claim candidacy in the quota filled online, a new candidacy claim will not be accepted.
15. The decision of the appointing authority in matters related to recruitment shall be final.
16. The applications of those who have previously applied for the posts mentioned in the recruitment notification issued in memorandum No. 41.01.0000.009.11.001.2023-532 dated 27 March 2024 will remain valid. They do not need to re-apply for the mentioned posts.
17. The applications of those who have previously applied for the posts mentioned in the recruitment notification issued in memorandum No. 41.01.0000.009.11.003.2021-878 dated 09 June 2024 will remain valid. They do not need to re-apply for the mentioned posts.
18. The authorities may reduce/increase the number of posts in the public interest.
19. The Authority reserves the right to add, amend and change any conditions as necessary. The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel the recruitment process at any stage due to unavoidable reasons.

DSS Job Circular 2026

Rules and regulations regarding filling out the application form online:

(a) Dss job Candidates interested in participating in the examination will fill the application form on this website http://dss.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows:

(i) Dss job starting date and time for filling the application form and submitting the examination fee online is 02-06-2026 AD. 10:00 AM;

(ii) Dss job last date and time for submission of application form online is 23-06-2026 AD. 05:00 PM.

Candidates who have obtained User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online;

(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his/her color photograph (length 3000 x width 300 pixels) and signature (length 3000 x width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated location. The size of the photograph should be maximum 100 KB and the size of the signature should be maximum 60 KB;

(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself/herself should be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

(d) The candidate shall keep a print copy of the application form filled out online as a reference for any examination-related needs and shall submit a copy at the time of the oral examination.

(4) Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form properly online, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the application preview with the photo will be visible on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the photo is unclear (completely black/completely white/dim) or the photo/signature is not correct, then you can apply again (on the Web) only if you have not submitted the application fee. It is to be noted that no further changes/modifications/enhancements are acceptable after submitting the application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download the PDF copy of his/her recent color photo, accurate information and signature in the said Applicant’s Copy, confirm it, print it in color and save it. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number, the candidate will submit the application fee of 100 (one hundred) Taka for posts No. 01 to No. 37 and 12 (twelve) Taka for Teletalk’s service charge (including VAT) for a total of 112 (one hundred and twelve) Taka for posts No. 38 to No. 52 and 50 (fifty) Taka for posts No. 06 (six) Taka for a total of 56 (fifty) Taka for a total of 56 (fifty) Taka for a total of 72 hours by sending 02 (two) SMS to any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner in the recruitment notification. However, in the case of backward (physically disabled, minority ethnic groups and third gender) candidates, the application fee for all posts is 50/- (fifty) Taka and 6/- Taka for a total of 56/- (fifty) Taka for a total of 56/- (fifty) Taka for a total of 72 hours. It is specially noted here that “Even if all parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is deposited.”

(f) The issue of obtaining the admit card will be informed in due course on the website http://dss.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). Since all communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, it is advisable to keep the said mobile number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

(g) Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print in color the admit card containing information such as roll number, post name, photograph, examination date, time and venue/center name etc. The candidate must show this admit card at the time of participating in the written examination and, if passed, at the time of the oral examination.

(h) Candidates can retrieve their User ID and Password by following the SMS method below from Teletalk prepaid mobile phones only.
