Job Description / Responsibility
- Incumbents are required to drive all actions needed to develop the marketing plans for the brands in alignment with overall business plan Develop Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) from the business side in coordination with the demand planner and CCSD. Tracking, analysing and proposing actions from different consumer/Doctor understanding towards initiatives for the brands, within the framework of WHO/Local code. Driving all aspects of the I&R process for agreed projects- • Idea generation/ concept development and testing • Product development with AG/ regulatory compliance/ +60/40 (Where applicable and if allowed in local code) / industrialisation (marketing specific actions)/ organizing management approvals and launching NPD with excellence. • Co-ordinating with the application group for product finalization and updating of evolving cost elements in the project financials • Ensure Packing materials and Raw Materials/Capacity (application group) is in place for 1st time industrial production of new NPD with Supply chain. Collect data on evolving category situation/ brand performance – Market trends/ Share evolution/ consumer immersion and feedback/ brand analysis/activity specific analysis etc. Liaison with respective Agency for packaging and communication execution & ensure alignment with the claim approval process within Nestlé Bangladesh Brand competitive tracking on medical communication/ pricing / Market share. Liaison with research agencies to ensure data needs are met.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management/Business from reputed educational institutions.
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- At least 2-3 Years’ experience in FMCG/Foods/ Infant Nutrition Marketing with rigid compliance issues.
