Assistant Manager, Fleet



Job Context
    Job Location: BRAC Head Office
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Allocate vehicles for duties at Head Office and field offices as per requisition of different programmes
  • Arrange pick and drop of staff every day in different routes
  • Issue fuel/ CNG credit slips to the drivers for refueling fuel/ CNG from enlisted suppliers
  • Ensure presence in the fuel station as per roaster during refueling of Octane/ diesel of vehicles and have to make sure the fuel quantity is supplied accurately
  • Supervise drivers and helpers to manage smooth fleet operation
  • Manage IOU of drivers
  • Maintain record and files of the department

Educational Requirements
    Bachelors from any recognised university with at least 2nd class or equivalent CGPA in all academic credentials
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 35 year(s)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the relevant field
  • Sound knowledge on fleet management
  • Ability to work under stress management
  • Sound knowledge on driver management
  • Have sound communication skills
  • Have knowledge on fleet management software
  • Have good command on MS Office
