Job Context
- Service solutions Pvt. Ltd (SSL) is offering a free certificate training course (2 months) under the project of Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) guided by the Finance Ministry of Government of Bangladesh on `Professional Customer Service` and `Training on Professional Back Office Services` in order to create skilled resources within the sector for Call Center/ Business Process outsourcing (BPO). We will also provide job placement assistance for those who will complete the training session successfully.
Job Description / Responsibility
- The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
- 20 hours professional business communication course in English.
- The training will be 2.5 months (220 hours-4.4 hours per day, weekly 5 days, and total 50 classes) and after successful completion certificate will be provided.
- After successfully completion the training period motivational payments will be made to the trainees.
- For physically challenged has extra advantage.
- Females are encouraged to apply.
- Short listed candidates will be called for written and viva based on the following mentioned criterion.

Educational Requirements
- Must have completed-Diploma/ Bachelor/ Masters degree from any reputed local or foreign university.
Job Requirements
- Pleasant and friendly mannerism.
- Basic Computer Literacy. Proficient in office applications like MS word, MS Excel etc. Ability to navigate through software applications. Fast and correct typing.
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Punctuality.
